1. Hobart Mixer, Classic Woody Wagon Style

The Woody Wagon is finally ready to step back into the limelight…this time, as a mixer.

Inspired by the classic woody wagons of the 70s, I brought some of that old-school funkification to a Hobart A200. She’s been stripped and refinished using Auto Air Colors for the acid green sparkle base, then topped with a 2K clear for a finish as bullet proof as the machine. The whole look is completed with genuine Wagoneer “wood-esque” trim and some vintage auto chrome. It’s also been completely restored mechanically with a new timer/switch and is smooth as butter through all 3 gears.

Now that it’s all done, I’m putting the mixer on eBay. [SEE IT HERE] Together with my newest friends at Hobart, we’re donating all the proceeds to CCAP, Careers through Culinary Arts Program. More info: ccapinc.org

So bid early and often to take home this one of a kind serious mixing machine. This workhorse is going to look AWESOME in somebody’s bakery or kitchen.

Feel free to drop me a line: murphmanjake@gmail.com and let me know what you think or if you have any requests for some future mixer mods. Still have a couple up my sleeve but I’m always up for a good idea.

About Me

putting art in the kitchen and playing with my food. I've been all over the country, starting when I was a kid. I like to paint and cook, and my girlfriend says I have an unnatural attraction to vintage kitchen appliances. © Hobart
